Terms of Service

These are placeholder terms shipped with the beta release. The final text will be reviewed by counsel prior to general availability.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Helix OnRoad, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Helix OnRoad provides personalized road-trip planning tools. Content such as restaurant hours, charger availability, road conditions, and scenic ratings is aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify critical information (fuel, hours, reservations) before relying on it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, scrape data at scale, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuga LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
